Reference Number 0000399271 The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 10227 College Avenue (US 287) Intersection Improvements (CDOT 24105). The Work involves the construction of new signal poles, curb ramps and ADA improvements at the Columbia and Pitkin intersections on College Ave (US 287). This is a Federally funded project with a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 4% and an On-the-Job Training goal of 160 hours. Bid security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total Bid must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract.
