Renovation of a military facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following tasks: supply all OEM compressor wiring diagrams; confirm that compressors have remote control capabilities; install the AirSequal panel in the preferred location; install the pressure transducer downstream of all cleanup equipment; run communication cables/conduit from the AirSequal panel to each compressor control panel; run instrument cable from the pressure transducer to the AirSequal panel; complete all wiring according to the provided wiring specification; and perform all installation and start-up services required. All work must be completed within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at Robert.c.henson@uscg.mil no later than September 24, 2025, 5:00pm CST System Description: The AirSequal(TM) system will employ a PLC-based control strategy to sequence the operation of 2-6 compressors. A single pressure transmitter will provide feedback to the system, allowing the AirSequal(TM) to start, stop, load, and unload compressors as needed to maintain desired system pressure. The system includes features to prevent simultaneous starting, optimize loading/unloading based on pressure rate of change, and manage minimum run/stop times.
