Bids will be received for (1) prime contract for entire project, including all General, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Technology work. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total maximum proposal price made payable to the MHRSB as a guarantee that the proposal bidder will enter into an acceptable contract. In addition, a Performance Bond will be required to the contractor awarded the project.
