Renovation of a municipal facility in Sedan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Phase I Rehabilitation Each Bidder shall include Bid Bond payable to the City of Sedan in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. A certified check in lieu of Bid Bond is acceptable. Each Bidder"s Proposal shall include a sum sufficient to cover the cost of Statutory, Performance, and Labor and Material Bond Bonds. Contractor shall guarantee Bids for 30 calendar days after Bid Opening or as mutually negotiated based on volatility of bids from suppliers The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid, and to waive any formalities. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Miranda Bruening, NCIDO at miranda@echelonad.com and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bid
