No definite date for the rebid.** The Borough of Woodbury Heights 500 Elm Avenue Woodbury Heights, New Jersey 08097, invites proposals for a single contract for the construction of the New Woodbury Heights Public Works Garage to be located at 414 Glassboro Road, Woodbury Heights, New Jersey 08097. Bidders shall file bid security of 10% of base bid, not to exceed $20,000 as detailed in the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents. The Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127. Bidders must demonstrate participation in a Project Labor Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding for this Project. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25- 24.2, each bidder shall submit with its bid, an Ownership Disclosure Statement. Bid forms, contract forms, drawings, project manual/specifications are on file and may be examined at the offices of the Borough Clerk and the Architect. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids with the exception of bids withdrawn pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3.
