A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Elmwood WWTP Internalift Screw Pump #1 Rehabilitation A complete description of the goods and services to be provided under this Contract, as well as estimated quantities, is contained in the bid documents. Bids must be made on the standard bid form in the manner designated in the bid documents and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name and number of the contract identified on the outside, addressed to the Director of Finance, Deputy Executive Director, The Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority, 100 Sharp Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053-0467. The signed bid must be delivered to the place indicated on or before the date and hour named above. Late bids will not be accepted or considered. The Authority assumes no responsibilities for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. All price quotations and contracts shall be subject to the provisions of P.L.1977, c.33 requiring submission of a statement of corporate ownership, the provisions of P.L.1975, c.127 concerning equal employment opportunity and affirmative action and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 requiring New Jersey Business Registration and the collection of use taxes. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any bid as may be permitted by law. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 Every request for an interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to the OWNER. In order to be given consideration, written requests for interpretation must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids
