Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Evesham, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes removal of the existing four (4) tennis courts and two (2) basketball courts and providing four (4) new tennis courts and two (2) new basketball courts with new court coating systems, vinyl and chain link fencing, ball stopper netting, benches, concrete sidewalk, asphalt walking path, and reconstruction of the existing access road and providing manual roadway gates, an ADA parking concrete pad, and replacement of the 90 feet baseball field backstop and foul line fencing, site restoration and other associated work described in these Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "Township of Evesham" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. The Township of Evesham reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
