Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Evesham, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will address congestion and safety issues within the project limits through the widening of Route 73 to three through lanes in each direction, increasing approaches at the intersections of Route 73 and Brick Road and Route 73 and CR 544, and removing the unsignalized Route 73 southbound left turn to Commonwealth Drive. Additional sidewalks will be included in the proposed project to complete the gaps in the existing sidewalk network. County :Burlington Municipality: Evesham Twp Mileposts: 21.95 - 23.9 As of July 18 , 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2032. NJDOT -Rt 73, Dutch Road to Rt 70 *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
