Site work for a mixed-use development in Statesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following: The work will consist of mass grading/earthwork and installing sewer and storm infrastructure to prepare the site for future industrial development, as depicted and described on the plans prepared by Pape-Dawson Georgia. Funding is provided by The Georgia Department of Community Affairs, One Georgia, Rural Site Development Initiative All questions concerning the plans, specifications, and other contract documents should be directed to Pape-Dawson Georgia, 40 Joe Kennedy Boulevard, Statesboro, Georgia, 30458, email: ryan.poythress@pape-dawson.com, telephone (912) 489-7112 Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond for five (5) percent of the amount bid. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract amount will be required. To qualify to bid, a certified statement from the Bidder's bonding company shall accompany the Bid Bond stating that the Bidder can submit a Performance Bond to the Owner within ten days of the award of the Contract. Utility Contractor License Number must be written on the bid package envelope. The Development Authority of Bulloch County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
