Renovation of a municipal facility in Benton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 16, 2025, project is awarded to BKB Remodeling, LLC for $125.00 for first hour, $95.00 for additional hours, and $135.00 for emergency calls. The Scott County Commission is requesting proposals from local contractors for general plumbing repairs at County facilities. The Scott County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids as deemed in the best interest of the County. The scope of work for these services will include, but not limited to, the following: A. Repair and replace faucets, sinks, toilets, urinals, drains, and fixtures B. Unclogging of drains, sinks, toilets, and urinals C. Repair and adjustment of flush valves, handles, seals, and gaskets D. Replacement of washers, seals, cartridges, and aerators. E. Leak detection and repair of piping issues (supply and waste lines). F. Repair and replacement of traps, drains, and cleanout covers G. Hot water heater inspection, draining, flushing, and part replacement H. Adjustment and repair of water fountains and bottle fillers I.
