Bracken County Fiscal Court is currently accepting bids for mowing, weed eating & Landscaping at the Bracken County Judicial Center located at 132 West Miami St Brooksville. Option 1: Bid mowing, weed eating, & landscaping **Mowing and weed eating, to include cleaning clippings from the sidewalks, all steps and parking areas **Landscaping will include mulching 1 x per year-March/April Pruning and cutting/trim bushes and shrubs in spring and fall. Must maintain curb weed and weeds in landscape beds. Trees must be limbed up to keep from hitting cars and/or pedestrians Option 2: Bid Separately (Individually) Option 3: Bid Mowing, weed eating, landscaping, along with the snow removal and salt for the entrance and parking area of the Judicial Center. 132 W Miami St Brooksville Contractors must be bonded and have $500,000 in General Liability including $25,000 property damage. The Bracken County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any and all formalities in bidding. The court further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any bids, whether or not the lowest in price, that the court in its sole discretion deems to be in the best interest of sound fiscal management for the County. Bracken County specifically reserves the right to require such bonds, warranties, insurance agreement, or covenants that in its sole discretion deems necessary.
