A firm timeline has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Tellico Reservoir Development Agency (TRDA) is requesting sealed bids (Bids or Bid) from qualified developers / bidders (Bidders) to provide proposals to purchase, design, and develop the Baker Creek Residential Development comprised of approximately 80.24 acres located along the East Tellico Parkway in Greenback, Tennessee. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Participating firms shall submit for consideration development concepts, timeframes, budgets, and letters from financial institutions committing the project to be feasible and viable to complete.
