The bid proposal must cover all labour, equipment, materials, construction, survey, traffic control, stakeout and all other costs incidental to the work. In general, the work to be performed shall consist of the construction of three (3) wastewater pump stations, building construction, site preparation, site paving, utility extension, and the abandonment of three existing underground pump stations. Hollywood pump station being on the west side of state route 309, pardeeville pump station no. 1 is on the east side of state route 309, and the pardeeville pump station no. 2 is on the south side of yana street in the village of pardeeville, hazlet township, luzern county, pa. A certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the municipal authority of hazle township in an amount equal to ten percent (l0%) of the total bid must be submitted with each contract proposal as bid security. Bidders shall conform to all requirements of the bidding documents for this contract. Prior to award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish to the owner certificates of insurance, performance bond, payment bond, and other bonds as required in the contract documents, executed by a satisfactory surety and stipulations against liens. Eugene rafalli, chairman, municipal authority of hazle township and shall be clearly labeled as "bid proposal for the replacement of three (3) wastewater pump stations & appurtenances" Except as otherwise provided by law, no bidder may withdraw an accepted bid, and no bidder may withdraw an unaccepted bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of bid opening or one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days if the award is delayed by a required approval of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants. Thirty (30) day extensions of the date for the award of the contract may be made by the mutual written consent of the owner and the bidder. The municipal authority of hazle township hereby reserves the right in its discretion, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any irregularities, omissions, mistakes or informality in the bidding process
