Project description All work associated with the Electrical Switchgear Replacement work at Bartelso Elementary School. Interested party registry All Interested Parties must formally register with FGM Architects prior to Sept. 24, 2025. Total Project Budget is $150,000 - $200,000. Areas of Work a. Demolish, Provide, and Install the following: i. Refer to Exhibit A - Electrical Service Upgrade Design Criteria 3. Level of Design to be included within Proposal a. Product Data and Warranties for all proposed products b. Manufacturer Standard Technical Details for all proposed products c. Detailed Schedule of Values i. Provide line items for each product, per field ii. Include Material and Install iii. Include bond, insurance, overhead and profit d. Detailed Proposed Schedule i. Include durations of install required for each product e. Complete Sub-Contractor List 4. Design Phase a. Design-Builder shall provide a shop drawing for review to Owner and Owner's consultants for final review prior to ordering products. b. No tangible revisions are expected during this phase due to a review of the RFP and submitted information at that time. This shall serve only as a final check for compliance with the specified criteria in Exhibit A - Electrical Service Upgrade Design Criteria 5. Build Phase a. Design-Builder shall coordinate with Owner's consultants during their periodic site visits for construction observation. 6. Closeout Phase a. Design-Builder shall coordinate with Owner's consultants for punchlist item review and completion, and providing closeout documentation in a timely manner.
