Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project involves the installation of new pressure treated decking and stairs to enhance access and functionality for an existing press box. The goal of this project is to provide a safe, durable and aesthetically pleasing solution. Replacement of decking boards, railings, and stairs with appropriate spacing for ventilation and drainage. Quote should include pressure-treated wood decking, new stairs with precast footings, 2-hour fire rating for storage room on ground level. The CONTRACTOR will fully familiarize themselves with the project and all potential site constraints prior to submission of their Bid Proposal. The CONTRACTOR will furnish and install all items necessary for the completion of this project. The CONTRACTOR shall provide complete decking and staircase renovations pursuant to the bid specifications, ready for use. The contract signing will be held in early October 2025 with work beginning on or about early November 5, 2025. The Press Box Decking and Stairs Renovation Project must be completed by November 26, 2025. Omissions, discrepancies, and questions must be submitted in writing to the Owner prior to 5:00 PM at least five (5) working days before the date for receipt of bids. All questions concerning the plans and specifications shall be directed to John Kerber, Director of Facilities, Lebanon School District. The district reserves the right to require a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid submitted. Surety companies executing the Bond must appear on the U.S. Treasury Department's most current list (Circular 570, as amended) and must be authorized to transact business in the State of New Hampshire. A lump sum with additive alternative unit price contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid conforms to all the material terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids, pending satisfactory review of all required submittals, and is the lowest in price. Failure to submit all information called for may disqualify the bid. The Lebanon School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw a Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. Federal Wage Rates do not apply to the Contract. CONTRACTORs shall be responsible for fully familiarizing themselves with the existing site conditions and the requirements contained in the Contract Documents.
