New construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material for construction of an 8,000 sq.ft. warehouse facility that houses dry storage materials for the site as per LES Specifications included in this solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating; and 4) Complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form Clarification Deadline 10/28/2025 4:00 PM All questions must be submitted through this bid portal
