Seven Springs Lift Station to serve Seven Springs Development Phase 1, located in Collin County, Texas (outside of Town of Weston and Celina ETJs) consists of construction of a new lift station to provide peak flow capacity of 0.18 MGD. The new lift station includes a 6 diameter wet well, valve vault, pumps, electrical equipment, generator, and all appurtenances. The deadline to ask questions is 10/02/2025 1:00 PM CST: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than three working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to GRBK Edgewood LLC on behalf of Seven Springs Municipal Utility District of Collin County in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid. GRBK Edgewood LLC on behalf of Seven Springs Municipal Utility District of Collin County reserves the right to reject any and all bids
