Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Demolition of the existing lift station site and construction of a proposed sixteen-foot (16') diameter submersible lift station including but not limited to a wet well, three (3) submersible pumps with accessories, associated piping, valves, header and force main; manhole; influent sanitary sewer line; a potable water line with backflow preventer; concrete pavement; Natural Gas Powered Emergency Generator, automatic transfer switch, electrical duct banks, conduit, wiring, starters, breakers, control panel; site grading; fence, dewatering, trench safety, and all other items as necessary for a complete functioning lift station. The deadline to ask questions is 9/29/2025 10:00 AM CST Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Submit questions via Electronically. Questions for this project will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to Bid Opening. Responses to questions will be provided in addendum form in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
