Conditions: Only bids from contractors whose principal place of business is in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement applies, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement and who hold the licence required under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B-1.1) will be considered for the award of the contract. Bids must be prepared on the forms provided in the bid documents. The bidder must not, during the three (3) years preceding the bid opening date, have been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance report by the "Owner" or the Service Centre representing it in relation to previous contracts. Bidding contractors are responsible for the selection of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bids.
