Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Punta Gorda, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to manage and construct the airside site/civil work to support the expansion of the General Aviation Center ramp on the north side of the PGD. The project includes expanding the asphalt aircraft parking ramp, updating and installing additional signage, and constructing a new Taxilane G3. Additional related work includes clearing and grubbing, site demolition, earthwork, drainage improvements, pavement markings, taxiway edge lighting, taxiway signage, electrical duct banks, and turfing. A Bid Bond in the form as found in the contract documents or certified check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany each bid. Successful bidder shall be required to execute and to provide a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the contract awarded to him with a satisfactory surety or sureties for the full and faithful performance of the work. The Charlotte County Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all bids and to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work.
