Jasper Housing Authority (PHA) is seeking proposals from qualified companies and/or independent contractors to provide office remodel services at JHA Office LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: Wednesday, October 15, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m. Requests for interpretation must be made, in writing, at least 5 days before the submission due date and time to: Email: vjohnson@jasperhousingauthority.org The PHA is seeking Contractors for the remodel of the office located at 1005 Highway 69 South Jasper, AL. The Contractor shall include labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide non-construction renovations to the single-story office building. The work is to include but not limited to: o Project management: Provide complete project management support, coordination, project administration, scheduling, budgeting, design review and closeout. o Onsite Supervision: Provide full-time onsite supervision over the duration of the project while contractors are onsite. Supervisor should oversee all operations and ensure contractors are performing the work in a safe and professional fashion consistent with the plans and specifications. o Provide all insurance requirements in accordance with Jasper Housing Authority standards o Update and replace toilets, sinks, vanities, faucets, and fixtures for 2 bathrooms. o Update lighting fixtures to LED in all occupied areas. o Remove all existing flooring and replace with 2.5 commercial grade LVP in all office areas o Replace gym lighting with LED lights. o Paint all interior surfaces in occupied areas. o Install peel on company logo in main and board room o Paint cabinetry in occupied areas o Replace and update all hardware in bathrooms and occupied areas with commercial grade handles o Remove and replace countertops in office and kitchen area. o Remove door pulls and install commercial grade door handles o Strip and resurface gym floor o Install hardware on cabinets in all occupied areas (kitchen, offices, boardroom) o Remove all debris and other materials from JHA premises
