Location is at the corner of Charles Bishop Industrial Drive and Industrial Parkway for maximum visibility and community engagement. The site features gentle rolling hills ideal for a stacked loop trail system and supporting amenities. Parcel No: Land located at 64 17 06 23 4 000 001.000 Parking Lot: Planned at 33.81028, -87.23551 for convenient trail access. The parking lot will be gravel. If the bidder desires to bid on the parking lot it must be bid separately from the trails. Blueprint Trails has designed a seven-loop stacked trail system (3.5 miles) to serve riders of all skill levels. All trails and amenities are designed to modern sustainable trail-building standards with natural surfaces.
