The Housing Authority of the City of Jasper, Alabama is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to perform non-construction upgrades to their main office located at 1005 Highway 69 S, Jasper, AL 35501. Proposals should be sent electronically to the provided email addresses or submitted in-person at the main office. No mailed proposals will be accepted. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 at 3:00 PM CT Email: vjohnson@jasperhousingauthority.org The work is to include but not limited to: Update and replace toilets, sinks, vanities, faucets, and fixtures for 4 bathrooms. Update lighting fixtures to LED in all occupied areas. Remove all existing flooring and replace with 2.5 commercial grade LVP in all office areas Replace gym lighting with LED lights. Paint all interior surfaces in occupied areas. Install peel on company logo in main and board room Paint cabinetry in occupied areas Replace and update all hardware in bathrooms and occupied areas with commercial grade handles Remove and replace countertops in office and kitchen area. Remove door pulls and install commercial grade door handles Strip and resurface gym floor Install hardware on cabinets in all occupied areas (kitchen, offices, boardroom) Project management: Provide complete project management support, coordination, project administration, scheduling, budgeting, design review and closeout. Onsite Supervision: Provide full-time onsite supervision over the duration of the project while contractors are onsite. Supervisor should oversee all operations and ensure contractors are performing the work in a safe and professional fashion consistent with the plans and specifications.
