The requested turnkey services are outlined in the Scope of Work presented on attachment. 27J Schools is currently soliciting proposals from interested firms to perform asbestos abatement and demolition services for the Project located at 15200 Holly Street in Brighton, Colorado. The requested turnkey services are outlined in the Scope of Work presented below. Scope of Work The awarded GAC will be responsible for the permitting, proper removal and disposal of the asbestos containing materials, and required visual and air clearances. The GAC or air monitoring specialist (AMS) will provide the Client with documentation regarding the abatement activities and clearance results. Post-abatement activities the awarded contractor will assist the Client with obtaining all required State and Local demolition permits. It is currently understood that the Client will remove all active utilities after the GAC has completed their work and prior to demolition activities. The contractor will be responsible for the demolition and removal of demolition debris in accordance with any local regulations. This includes the documentation and removal of all regulated materials that remain within the structures prior to demolition. The scope of the demolition will include the removal of all structures, foundational components (including sub-grade components), removal of all asphalt and concrete flatwork, tree and shrub removal, and septic tank closure (if required). 27J would prefer to get work done as soon as possible. Abatement in October 2025 and Demolition November 2025.
