construction of a 600' Concrete Girder bridge with concrete paving on a new alignment. The project site is located as follows: Starting at the Intersection of 18th St. N. and S. 13th St., thence heading southwest on 6th Road to the intersection on County River Road, all in Cuming County, Nebraska. The project is referred to as "Wisner Southwest C-20(574)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to construct: approximately 0.6 miles of 9" doweled concrete pavement with subgrade preparation, a 5-span, 600' concrete girder bridge with concrete approaches on a 0 skew, and other related incidental work. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Cuming County Treasurer, Cuming County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to provide a Start of Construction Date and End of Construction for each site. The required completion date is June 30, 2027. The Contractor will be allowed five hundred and fifty (550) calendar days for completion of all work. The completion date will be the earlier of the date indicated in the bid proposal or the actual start date plus the allotted calendar days. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to the acceptance by the Cuming County Board of Supervisors. The Cuming County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received.
