This project involves the replacement of nine (9) Fan Coil Units with like-for-like replacements. Work will be carried out in coordination with Colorado Mountain College to ensure compliance with Building Automation Controls. SPECIFICATIONS Demolition & Removal o Remove ceiling grid to access equipment, store for reinstallation. o Save all Automated Logic Field Controllers. To be attached to the new Fan Coil Units. o Isolate the existing HVAC system and possibly drain the system to accommodate new unit installation. o Remove and properly dispose of nine (9) Enviro-Tec 830 CFM D3050-Terminal & Package Units. Installation o Install nine (9) new Fan Coil Units, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure. Make sure they are BACnet capable or compatible with Automated Logic tie in for controls. o Ensure electrical needs match existing infrastructure. o Provide and install all necessary copper fittings for connection to the system. o Work with Colorado Mountain College and Automated Logic to get controls online for start up and test/balance needs. Project Staging & Scheduling o Stage work to align with campus operational needs, minimizing disruption to faculty and students. o Establish a phased installation timeline, ensuring continuous climate control throughout the process. Restoration & Cleanup o Replace the ceiling grid once installation is complete. o Conduct final testing and balancing of the new units. o Clean the work area and dispose of any construction debris
