The purpose is to allow vendors to inspect the site before snowfall. If weather or other issues arise, the Forest Service will notify attendees by EOB September 25, 2025. Maps are available at the Supervisors Office for those wishing to visit independently. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
