Town of New Lebanon, NY has issued an addendum to the original bid and is seeking bids for Post-Closure Monitoring Services at the Old Post Road landfill. The contract being awarded, if acceptable, on October 16th , 2025, 7:00 PM, at a Regular Meeting. No bid will be accepted unless a signed Certificate of Non-Collusion is submitted with the bid. All bids must be made on the official bid form and must be submitted in a plain, unmarked envelope with Post-Closure Monitoring Bid written on the envelope. The Town of New Lebanon Town Board expressly reserves the right to waive any irregularities in or to accept any bid or to reject any and all bids or to award on any or all items. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within twenty-five (25) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
