Site work for a mixed-use development in Hollywood, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility; and swimming pool.
The purpose of this document is to define the program, outline the needs, and to setup the design parameters and basic framework for operation of a new prototypical pool facility to be located at McArthur High School. This program will define the governing codes and standards, activities, uses, occupancy levels, preferred construction, future expansions, and other considerations necessary for successful completion of the new swimming pool facility. The Basis for design can be found at the following prototype School board owned and operated facilities, Fort Lauderdale High School, Nova High School, Northeast High School, and South Broward High School. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the School Board of Broward County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
