Renovation of a medical facility in Ponoka, Alberta. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Ponoka provincial Building - PSES - SHP Relocation. The project scope of work includes TI to accommodate program expression with 14 new full FTEs resulting in a total of 21 staff per Premier's mandate letter. To accommodate this growth the newly allocated space renovations and furnishings to meet program needs. In addition a stand alone storage garage with a secure compound is to be constructed outside the building to house special patrol car and equipment. TIMELINE: Planning and design work to commence shortly. Construction is planned for June 2026 - March 2027. Tender from general contractors will be issued in April/May 2026. *A contact at the architect will not be released for publication.
