Reference Number 00005236408 The North Red Deer River Water Services Commission (NRDRWSC) is undertaking an expansion of its regional potable-water transmission system from the Town of Ponoka area to Ermineskin Cree Nation (ECN). The expansion will provide a safe and assured supply of treated water to ECN. NRDRWSC intends to call tenders this fall for the installation, by horizontal directional drilling (HDD), of approximately 22 km of 600 mm HDPE DR11 water main. Stantec Consulting Ltd. is the Commission's general engineering consultant and will receive tenders following authorization by the Commission. This Notice of Planned Procurement has been issued for informational purposes only, representing known information at the time of issue. No commitment exists under this Notice of Proposed Procurement, and no competitive bid document or further information is available at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
