Furnish All Labor and Equipment Necessary to Perform the Work of Leak Survey Service and Gas Meter Atmospheric Corrosion Inspections for Decatur Utilities Gas System for the Calendar Year 2025. The Principal Purpose of the Gas Leak Survey is to Inspect Decatur Utilities Gas System to Detect, Classify and Report Eakage Locations That Are Venting to the Atmosphere. Principle Surveys and Inspections Are as Follows: Portable (Walking) Leak Sur-vey of Approximately 5,075 Gas Service Lines in Residential and Business Districts. Average Length of Service Line is 100 Feet. Mobile Leak Survey of Gas Mains, Consisting of 431 Miles of Distribution Mains. Inspection of Approximately 5,075 Gas Meter Locations in Residential and Business Districts for the Severity of Atmospheric Corrosion on Metallic Piping and Appurtenances. Company Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informality in Any Bid, and to Accept Any Bid Considered Advantageous to Company. The Company Reserves the Right to Hold the Bids for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Date of Receiving Bids. The Service Provider (Bid-der) Shall Obtain and Pay for All Licenses and Permits Required by the State, County and City Authorities Having Jurisdiction Over the Various Phases of the Work.
