The purpose of this Contract is for the Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the construction of the new Harris County Fire Marshal Office Training Facility, operational and in place in accordance with the drawings and specifications. B. In the event of conflicts within the construction documents not clarified by addendum/s, the Contractor shall provide the better quality or greater quantity of work. C. On projects with contract price of more than $25,000.00, the Contractor shall provide a construction schedule. The construction schedule will be a bar-type schedule and shall be of sufficient detail to show construction sequence for different items of work. On projects with a contract price of $5,000,000.00 or more, the Contractor shall submit a critical path method (CPM) type schedule showing the sequence of installation for the various components of the work. The construction schedule shall be updated by the Contractor whenever the schedule is impacted. D. Schedule of Values: 1. The schedule of values may contain separate pay items for Division 1 requirements on bonding and insurance. All other costs shall be prorated across each line item of work. 2.
