This building is intended for office use. It has three floors and a basement fitted out for common areas, including meeting rooms and a staff room. With a gross area of approximately 2,450 m2, the project involves asset maintenance work, such as replacing the roof and ventilation unit. Built in 1989, the building has undergone several interior modifications since it was first commissioned. The work required under this tender must be completed within 35 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable start date for the works is between 27 October and 15 November 2025. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the tender amount.
