Reference Number 0000398825 Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 10/08/2025 05:00 PM EDT The City of Hanford is requesting proposals from certified and experienced Arborists who can assist with the City's USDA Urban and Community Forestry Grant program. Up to five (5) consultants will be qualified to receive on call contracts with the City. The initial contract period is two years with the option to continue for three additional one year terms, for a total maximum contract of five years. CONTRACT DURATION: The Consultant Agreement will have a performance period of two years, with the possibility of up to three additional one-year extensions. The contract shall not, in any case, exceed five years.
