**As of December 15, 2025, the project was awarded to BDM Inc, with an awarded amount of $133,811.25.** Furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace twelve air conditioning package units on the roof at City Hall, located at 315 N. Douty Street in Hanford, CA. The work includes removal and disposal of existing units; supplying new condensation lines, gas valves and flex, electrical flex, and service disconnects; providing new engraved plastic unit numbering riveted to disconnect lids the same as existing; providing all Title 24 requirements including but not limited to fresh air venting and economizers for climate zone 13 Hanford, CA; and rebuilding and roofing in any AC curbs with a clearance of less than 8 inches from the roof to top into the surrounding roof envelope by an authorized Garland roofing installer. All installations must be performed on a predetermined schedule to allow alternative work areas within the building during replacement. Bids must be accompanied by a security of at least ten percent of the amount bid. Only licensed contractors in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code may bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Compliance with State of California Prevailing Wage rates and Department of Industrial Relations registration is required.
