Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Berlin, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the demolition and replacement of the existing Watson Street pump station force main piping on site with installation of a new bypass vault, replacement of a section of flood wall, demolition and replacement of the existing CSO outfall piping at the pump station, installation of a new pump station jockey pump with associated piping and electrical, and installation of a new bypass pump connection at the Water Pollution Control Facility. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days of mobilization to the site or April 1, 2026. whichever comes first: 120 calendar days for substantial completion. 150 calendar days for final completion. The Bid will not be awarded to a Bidder unless a record for obtaining at least one set of Bidding Documents exists in the Issuing Office. To meet this requirement and to establish the record of receipt, a prospective Bidder must obtain Bidding Documents using the name that is to appear on the Bid Form.
