Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Berlin, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project generally consists of: Bridge preservation including: concrete repairs to the pier, concrete repairs to the deck, installation of a link-slab, replacement of sewer main insulation, pavement, and pavement markings. Additive alternate #1 includes replacement of pier bearings. Additive alternate #2 includes painting the structural steel. The Bid will not be awarded to a Bidder unless a record for the request of at least one set of electronic or paper plans and specifications exists with the Issuing Office. To meet this requirement and to be added to the official list of plan holders, a prospective Bidder must request electronic copies or purchase paper plans and specifications using the name that is to appear in the Bid Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work, and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. Also, Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid package is non-responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability, or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by Owner. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer of Record in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer of Record in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
