The work to be completed in the contract generally consists of site concrete work, including frost wall and footing installation for a pre-engineered precast building and on-site flatwork; and includes the installation of site utilities and stub ups, sanitary sewer, water, and electric, for the concession and restroom building. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Contractor shall at its own cost and expense furnish all labor, services, tools, material, equipment, and incidentals, necessary to complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract documents to perform all specified work required for the specified Contract, "Legion Field Concession Building". The work will take place within Legion Field at 2 Memorial Drive in the Village of Hamburg, Erie County, New York. The site is bordered by train tracks and Old Lake View Road to the west, and Evans Street to the north. The proposed work consist of, but is not limited to foundation work in accordance with contract drawings and prefabricated concrete building specifications, including but not limited to stone/slab base, frost wall, utility work including electrical conduit, sanitary sewer and waterline, ad site work including demolition of existing asphalt path and installation of new concrete path and flatwork in accordance with the contract drawings.
