PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work provides for a complete rehabilitation of the existing water tower, including structural tank repairs, interior and exterior cleaning and coating, foundation improvements, and component upgrades. Improvements to all ladders, railings, and access points should be included to meet current safety standards. Work also includes the removal and replacement of six (6) 8" butterfly valves, one (1) 10" butterfly valve, and one (1) 8" one-way altitude valve, all in the same locations as the existing valves. 1% VBE/PBE
