Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; stadium; for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project consists of renovation and upgrades to the main campus athletic facilities, driveways, parking lots and associated infrastructure. Athletic facility improvements include renovation of stadium with new bleachers, fieldhouses, running track & field venue and synthetic turf field, new multi-purpose synthetic turf field with bleachers, and new softball field. Site improvements include driveway and parking lot reconfigurations, stormwater management facilities. Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified in the Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Licenses: Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades. Insurance and Bonds: A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Contractor's Qualification Statement: A completed AIA Document A305, "Contractor's Qualification Statement," with all exhibits may be requested from one or more Bidders following receipt of Bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $15,000,000.
