Site work for a civil project in New York, New York. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will reconstruct the waterfront Parks infrastructure damaged by Hurricane Sandy at Lemon Creek Marina. The scope of work of this package shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to completely furnish, fabricate, transport and install the items shown on the contract drawings and specified herein. The basic scope of work includes, but not limited to the following items: 1. replacement of existing bulkhead structures. 2. localized shoreline stabilization, where indicated. 3. repair/replacement of floating docs as noted. 4. dredging within marina and approach channel 5. replacement of travel lift pier All additional work required to complete the basic scope of work is included in the scope of work of this package even if not mentioned explicitly.
