Overview The University of New Mexico (UNM) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive implementation plan for the future of KNME/New Mexico PBS (NMPBS). The scope of this study includes programming and space needs analysis, evaluation of the existing facility for renovation and expansion, assessment of a full replacement on the current site, and analysis of up to three potential relocation sites. The study will also examine opportunities for co-location with partner organizations and the potential consolidation of NMPBS's operations, currently housed in two separate buildings, under one roof. additional pre bid meeting note: The conference and tour will provide proposers an opportunity to discuss the scope of work and RFP requirements with UNM. Potential proposers are encouraged to submit written questions in advance of the conference through the Q & A board.
