Repair of concrete stairs and appurtenances at the South Avenue Garage k. Construction of a new slab and enclosure for an emergency generator at the South Avenue Garage l. Alternate One (GC-1): Supplemental Post-Tension Beams and Concrete Repairs to the South Avenue Wing of the South Avenue Garage 2. Electrical Construction Contract (Contract B) a. Replacement of electrical switchgear at the South Avenue Garage including disposing old equipment b. Furnishing and installing a new emergency generator at the South Avenue Garage c.
