Reference Number 0000399693 The City of Rochester is seeking Generator Service Contract to provide maintenance, emergency service, and repairs to all Generators at City locations specified in this Proposal. The primary users of this contract will be the Building Services Division and Bureau of Architectural Services; however, other Departments and/or Divisions may utilize the contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation and equipment and materials only when requested and necessary to perform maintenance, repair and installation work. The contractor will work under the direction of authorized representation of the ordering agencies. Generally, work assigned will be for small and large projects calling for one or multiple workers and will include inspection and preventive maintenance. However, other services may also be required. The Contractor shall prepare an inspection and preventive maintenance procedure and checklist for each type of unit covered in this contract and submit it to the Manager/Director of Municipal Facilities for approval. A list of items to be examined, adjusted lubricated, replaced, or otherwise serviced in the course of routine inspection and maintenance includes, but not limited: The scheduled frequency for each item annually A space in which the service person shall note which items were accomplished A date on which the inspection and preventive maintenance service was rendered. A list of items which are not in proper operating condition and planned corrective action. A space for the Building Supervisor to sign, indicating that the service person has made the service call.
