The following works that will be completed in this job are listed below: 1. Site clearing, excavating and grading for the future Halls Crossroads substation 2. Excavation and removal of existing concrete foundations and underground copper ground grid form old station as well as any rock. 3. Furnishing and applying surface aggregate. 4.
