Contractors shall transport and furnish all labor, equipment and materials required for the project and must follow all local and IBC codes to include manufacturer specifications for installation. Remove windows. Install new LOW-E fixed single pane commercial storefront windows following local and IBC codes. Follow manufacturer requirements for installation to ensure weathertight seal. See Exhibit A Cafeteria windows to be maximum 4 height. Framing and inserts required to fill void above window. Remove blue steel doors, install metal studs, finish exterior with T-111 siding and interior with sheetrock. Paint and finish. Colors TBD. Exhibit B (2) Install per IBC codes to ensure weathertight seal. Doors will remain property of the County. Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements and quantities. Install aluminum canopy over exterior entry door. See Exhibit B Cap tops and sides of cut brick walls with aluminum to match roof trim Exhibit C Patch holes in exterior walls. Leave smooth finish. Exhibit C Repair ceiling of existing covered walkway. Exhibit D with metal framing/ hat track and finish with metal sheathing for covering. Clean and fill with concrete to flush with top of existing pad. Pour (2) concrete pads between existing pads to tie in for future walking track. Pads should be 6 wide and 4 thick. Pads to flush with top of existing pads. See Exhibit E Install new 6 ft commercial chain link fencing on pad. Use welded plates for posts to be anchored to concrete pad. Provide (2) 4 x 6 personnel gates. See Exhibit F Repair damaged fencing around playground and basketball courts. See Exhibit F
