The quote will include any fees and cost associated with the closure of the old underground storage tank and the installation of a new above ground storage tank and any and all site work. All permits and associated paperwork for the installation of the new tank and closure of the old underground storage tank will be the responsibility of the winning contractor which will include any and all EPA and DES forms. The quote will be an all-inclusive price for a complete turn-key installation of a new 12000 above ground storage gasoline tank and the closure of the existing underground 12000-gallon gasoline tank. The quoted price will also include for the transferring of fuel out of the existing underground storage tank and putting it in the new above ground gasoline tank. The existing underground storage tank is located at 473 Fair Street Orangeburg SC 29115. This will also be the same address where the new above ground storage tank will be installed. The new above ground storage tank must be connected with Orangeburg County School District current monitoring system which is a Veeder-Root system (TLS350). The new 12000-gallon above ground storage tank will be equipped with a system that can track and report the fuel usage by district personnel and will have the capability to have individual passwords for tank access. The tracking system will be able to be accessed online and must be compatible with Orangeburg County School District computer network. The new 12000 above ground storage tank will meet all EPA and DES standards. It is strongly recommended that interested parties come to walk and look at the current site.
