These projects are collectively designated as Phase I Projects. The Courthouse is 4 stories with 135,473 gross square feet. There are two alternates identified that include upfitting of a Magistrate's Suite and construction of Judge's Parking Expansion. The Work includes, but is not limited to the installation of utilities, foundations, concrete, masonry, structural steel and other metals, roofing, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, elevators and wheelchair lifts, bullet resistant features, fire suppression and communications and all other necessary components necessary to complete construction of the Courthouse Project.
