Reference Number 0000396588 Bid Intent Not Available FY26-0904 Orangeburg County Agricultural Building Asbestos Removal Project (Rebid) General Requirements: The work consists of providing all labor, materials, disposal and equipment as required for the turnkey removal/Light Demo of HVAC duct work and insulation that contains ACM mastic and small HVAC equipment connected to the duct work. Electrical will be removed by the County of Orangeburg for the equipment to be removed. Scope: Furnish the necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment and materials to complete the required light demo and asbestos removal of the 1st and 2nd floor HVAC duct work ,insulation and light equipment located above the ceilings as outlined in the Exhibit "A" demolition plan. Contractor will be responsible for Permits, fees, removal, transport, and disposal required for a turnkey project. Provide all required permits and inspections and applicable licensure with South Carolina. Coordinate all work with ceiling grid installer, mechanical contractor and owner.
